My name is Brandon.

I'm currently kissing the Earth with my footsteps between Kananaskis Country and the foothills, a few kilometres west of where the Sheep River flows out of the Bluerock Wildlands, where the Blackfoot of Siksika, Kainai, and Piikani, the Tsuut’ina, the îethka Nakoda of Chiniki, Bearspaw, and Goodstoney, and the Otipemisiwak Métis walked before me and walk today, in Treaty 7 territory in Alberta, Canada.

education

I hold a Master of Education in Adult Education and Community Development  from OISE at the University of Toronto, and an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Western Ontario, as well as Certificates in Community-Based Conflict Transformation and Peacebuilding, Permaculture Design, and Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (CELTA).

My research has been oriented towards transformative adult learning, peacebuilding, cooperation, community, and the thriving human being.

life

I spent several years working and volunteering in some of our world's most violent and impoverished regions. My intention was always to learn how I could best help those in need, but I came to understand that, my efforts would be most beneficially placed within my own communities in Canada.

I focused on non-profit communications and public engagement work for a time, but was drawn to transformative experiences of human aliveness, healing, and growth, seeing clearly both the incalculable value of such time and intention, and my capacity to facilitate such experiences for others.

meditation

I've been meditating and practicing various forms of yoga since 2007, meditating seriously since 2012, and guiding others in meditation since 2014.

I received a leadership award for my role in the creation and nurturing of a cooperative meditation community at the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education, which continued to gather for several years.

Meditation has opened for me a life of indescribable peace, happiness, health, energy, and love. It is my highest honour to share my experiences for your benefit, and for the benefit of everyone in your life.

I will be very happy to see you flourish.

Send me an e-mail.
